mixed bag hutchies

Fished hutchies for the first time trolling with my brother for a good catch.First time trolling and with in 15 mins we boated our first wahoo, flollowed closly by it's mate,of about 8kg.As more boats came out things went a little quite so we had a drift and picked up a nice snapper, sweetlip spotty mac and a few vermans. Dropping a few was a little disapointing but we were happy as. The only problem is now i can't wait to get back out there for a few more.

Great catch mate, some really good eating fish in that bunch , one question thou, wat the hell is that last tiny fish , ? is that a yakka? If it is, you better give that one to the mother in law to eat

I agree - if the wahoo were pushing 8k then the spotty is getting close to animal size.

Some nice fillets in that little lot - Oh I love this time of year - fingers getting itchy for some trolling and waiting for that scream -

pssst - I hear the spaniards are at Noosa this week ...........which means ............by Sunday theya will be here abouts!!!

Nice mixed bag mate! Picked up some wahoo and macks at the sunny coast week before last, can't wait to go again!
