Having a jack nail a popper is something else, it really is.

JT: The water was pretty murky, caramel latte is a pretty good description, i wasnt expecting much this session, just a few trevors or something.

I was working the pontoon for about 15mins, but actually on the other side, then had a few casts in between the 2 pontoons and on the 3rd or 4th cast i got smashed.

The texalium handled the fish real well, its only a 4kg job so i was a bit worried but it did the job, i was also worried about the 10lb fireline with 20lb leader because i had just swapped spools from 20lb pen pro braid or whatever its called, would have gone into depression if i lost it. Also, my leader was about 3 ft....how i got away with it still amazes me.
