Haven't fished there for a while but the water is still quite dark...like tea tree colour. Oh I did get a pretty nice flattie in chikiba lake 4 days ago on my way to pick up dinner, and the water was dirty there.
Yeah, still quite, fished last night for a few jewies but no action.

took the family down on sunday got 67 whiting and a couple nice flatties all but a dozen big whiting where released

How's the river look down there now fellas. Its big and brown here in Lismore. Is the current taking it south? Anybody got any idea how long Evans Head might be closed out? I think it goes down fairly quickly
