May try there tomorrow morning - if any of you fellas have any tips - this wall at pinkenba - is it easily recognisable? Drift or anchor? High tide is in the morning at 5.30 i think so should be good. Pls pm if you have any tips for me.
after that weekend of weather and a morning of commitments ,i had a window of opportunity to fish for a couple of hours,is it worth it, was the question but hell what would be the damage. nothing except a bit of my time so i put the boat in at the boat passage and went out to the new walls to try a few areas for no result.now i remembered a few reports i'd read on pinkenbar wall so i decided to give it a try.i now only had 1/2 hour up my sleeve but i found the fish on the chew.in that time i caught 5 squire,1 tailor and lost1 fish. Thats the first time i've fished the wall and it wont be the last .Its a great spot with a very healthy enviroment. kept 2 fish and returned the rest
actually it was last of the run up about 1.45 yesterday arv and the tailor and1 squire on plastics with the rest on pillies.actually it was you lonewolf i was thinking of when i thought i'd give the wall a go cheers
Could you rephrase that Rob, the boys will be talking about us otherwise!! Yep, I know what you mean, an underated little spot, especially top of the tide.
hey jackash, i'm not real flash on the leaders seeing i'm fishing with 2 and 3 kg, i usually just use platypus pretest 8 kg clear . left over from spooling up some bigger spin sticks.
