    seaway mixed bag

hit the seaway this morning in chase of some jewies. got on the water by 430 and started jigging a trans am. it got nailed on the drop by a solid big eye trev which was released and then followed it up with a tailor at 50 cms. moved closer over to the wall and dropped a small herring down only to have ot nailed about 15 ft down by a nice schoolie of 65cms. only had 2 livies so i then dropped a peice of tailor to the bottom and scored a nice flattie as well. finished of the day with a few more tailor on soft plastics and trans ams.

the tailor down there are really solid atm i managed one at 58cms on last tuesday night as well.

    cheers matt

Matt, that's a good feed of fish.

I just had dinner 5 mins ago, and sat down on the PC to see your resultant photo of your cooking. As full a belly as I have, I reckon I could fit a few mouthfulls of your fish in. Mmmmm that looks good!

Will you take all the credit, or will that get you in trouble??

    Well done

Well done there Matt. Nice feed and it looks as though you know some great recipes for cooking up your feed afterwards. So where do you live? lol

Nice catch mate! Gotta love them schoolies. That Laksa dish looks absolutely yummo. Care to share the recipe or exchange for another?

Nice schoolie matt, well done. Ive found the North wall a bit average, but its a bit better when I drift instead of anchor.

What do you do when you see bait? Do you anchor, drift or follow the bait with an electric?

    cheers
    Andrew
