On Tuesday we had a rain free morning so we headed out to Palm Cove Jetty. Put a live Pike on our line and whammo, a 1.2 metre Spanish Mackerel. The the next day Ralph(a friend) hooked a 1.42 Spanish Mackerel too. He had it weighed at Bransfords and it was 16.5kg. I forgot my camera but this is the one we took at home just before we cleaned it. Guess what we had for dinner? Yummy.
