    Brissie River 21/04

    Hi All

Went out for a few hours with Hoges in the Brissie. Left F/Is ramp at 8.30am and motored to Territory Z where we drifted for an hour without a single hit. Decided to try a new spot that we have now named Territory T. 2nd cast in and Hogey is on to a 34cm Bream. I had just put the landing net down and wham, i managed to latch on to a 41cm Squire (a PB for me). Hogey managed another Bream (29cm) and a Squire (39cm) before things went quiet. So, we motored up the river and drfited back where i managed another Squire at 37cm. Had to be home by 12.00pm so back at ramp at 11.30am very satisfied with our mornings work! All fish caught on SP Gulps (4 different varieties).

BLUE-MAKO: Not quite at the mouth and not far from the Pinkenba Wall (within sight of this).

NABS: 3" & 4" gulps in mainly p'seed & w'mellon although one was caught on gulp prawn.

Sorry i can't be specific about the exact locations as i was shown these by someone and sworn to secrecy...
