Well the day looked good for a fish so i packed a few rods in the van and headed down to the four posts near pine street to flick some soft plastics, bad mistake, the dam bottom was too rocky, so went to the local bait shop and picked up some whitebait and headed for the Manly boat harbour for a fish on the run up to high tide. Absolutely no one was catching fish, the weather fined up too much which probably spooked the fish cause the water was way too clear. No sign of any schoolies either which i was hoping to chase so its back to the pub to settle in on a day of drinking and a nice cold beer. So no fish for dinner tonight.,,,,,,,

I fished the wynnum rock wall yesterday arvo and managed one flathead going 35cm on SPs... Went to the manly jetty and caught nuthing... Do u know if those schoolies have started at the jetty again?

We launched at day break on Saturday and there were schools of baitfish showering all over the place inside the harbour. Something big was harrassing them.
