when ya head up weyba and go past the last of the houses on your right ya take the sharp left to continue up. on the opposing bank ther is what looks to be a creek but it opens up into a shallow banky type area and flows back into weyba. the jack was close to the mangrove s in about a foot of water. thats also wher the gar was, snub nose orange beak. spoke to ed at the tackle shop about it and he said he'd seen some monsters up ther too. a meter was probably a bit of an ecsagaration, but it would of been at least 750mm. blue mako- dawn and dusk mate. speak with ed at the tackle shop there at tewANTI AND GET SOME "CHUG BUGS" POpers. what ed don't know about fishing in noosa, you could write on the back of a match box!!! Cheers canoedle, just remember, you started me, its your fault!!!! the missus hates ya!! . for me spending so much money on plackys and rods and gear for it!!!!

blue mako, also try the catamaran thats near the entrance to the frying pan noosa side ther is an island try around the gutters there too! this is where the taailor were caught
