Got a call from a mate as i walked in the door yesterday arvo asking if i wanted to go for a quick jig at Peel. Got there just before dark and there was a good show on the sounder with plenty of bait. 1st drift i managed to hook a 53cm fish and my mate hokked up 2 secs after me. Hes been trying some new knot that slipped 4 me chasing tuna on saturday and it sliped for him on the strike. Bait and fish dissapeered once dark and so did we
