WHITE STEENBRAS REVEALS HIS FACE - SQUID 03/06

Hi All

Caught up with Barnesy (W/Steenbras) for a lesson on squidding yesterday and he didn't disappoint! His secret weapon was fished side by side with my jig yet, for some reason, they would come up and sniff nudge and poke mine, while they would just come up and inhale his! On the whole, they were very timid but the great man managed 5 nice squiddies nonetheless!

Thanks Barnesy and look forward to some Snapp's shortly when the boat hits the water again next week...

Hey T1 nice to see you went to catch me some fresh bait. And you tease me for catching diver whiting, squid thats bait T1 go and catch a fish haven't heard you catching any fish lately

Well done White Steenbras you done well once again didn't think T1 would catch anything. He hasn't had any luck lately your best to stay away as the bad luck might rub off to you.

TINN: Fella, it's going to be quite embarrassing for you when i get my boat back next week and start latching onto fish again... Then it will be back to poor ole TINN, cant take a trick... Looking forward to it man!!

Coincidentally, the Calamari marinated in garlic rings were a 'hit' at dinner on Sat night!!!!! [smiley=chef.gif]

Tinn, I will say that T1 did hook and drop a couple, next time he will crack the code though and thats not the Da Vinci one! I don't believe in bad luck either, I believe in all your thoughts create you reality, always positive when a lines in the water.

Nice words of wisdom Master Barnes. However, Shannon, T1 and myself have cottoned onto you and your antics. I personally am now making efforts to even up the odds in the squidding department and hopefully will be reaping the rewards of my fruits of labour very soon. Just need a couple of weeks mate.

Richie only a couple weeks..........you got an order in hey? Only fished Sunady arvo cos had to take the girl shopping, thats the bummer with one car.
