    Sure have Volvo, but commercial netting will soon take its toll on the stocks as which happens each year.

    Try the upper reaches of the Calliope, past devils elbow, somes mates good some blues to 4kg on Friday using live mullet and pillies.
    Also the odd good bream and grunter getting about.

    Thanks for the info guys, will give the calliope a try saturday. Went to 12mile today instead for nice feed of reefies.

    havn't been up to gladstone yet.but we've been getting amongst them here in bundaberg..

    all around 1kg,so not as big,

    Try Port Alma, Fitzroy River and Corio Bay, these are the more reliable spots for king salmon these days.
    Only find the occasional one or two down Gladstone/Turkey area if your lucky.

    nar we normaly fish the brisbane river... they r bigger then any other northern salmon ive ever seen...
