hard work for squire in river

garrett and myself fished the river walls this morning, fish were very slow and most places we normally fish weren't producing so we sounded an area inside the river that produced a few fish on the run out tide .it was strange to catch undersize fish but we persisted for 3 legals ranging from 380 to 400 mm. water looked a little discoloured and not as much bait in the water. looking foward to the end of next week for some better fishing

Nice feed Chief, Steven and I got the same + a bream at Wello this morning.
Tidal flow was almost non exsistant.
I reckon you will do much better at the Wall next week after the new moon.

    Brent,

Just to clarify that for a dummy, they bite better on a fast tide at the wall?

Flash i'm not saying they will bite better at the wall just in general no run no fun.
But there's always exceptions to the rule.
I have found after the new moon fishes best for me but others will have there preferences.
    Cheers Brent
