    Flatties hard work at hayes

Went to hayes inlet this morning with my mate glen in search of a few flatties on rubber. Started well witha nice 50cm fish on the 2nd cast at the wells. Got a few more more in the next half hour but it was obvious the area had copped a hiding yesterday. We shot off up the creek and did it tough over the next few hours only managing number ten just before we were about to leave. Was an enjoyable day with plenty of laughs and not enough beers. It's a shame we had to run into a couple of complete tossers. With only half a dozen boats in the system it's poor form to find 2 of them were inconsiderate knobs. If someone has two lines out while having a fish with his four year old son off the bank, it's not the greatest idea to troll ten metres off the bank and catch both of his lines. They never cease to amaze.... Cheers

    Nice pic,
I reckon I would know of the particular boof head in question.
Something similar has happened to me when Ive been working SP's off the bank in Hayes and also when Ive been trolling hard bodies from the tinny.
    Same goose both times.

Nice lizard, and a great day to be on the water. Theres always a tosser or two, but hey he can't be all bad if he's fishin? Jeez that was a bit too nice for me, must be the frsh fish about to hit the bbq?
