mud island sat morning
well me dad and i went out from clontaf and got to mud bout 4.30am......bloody cold coming across the bay i tells ya
there was bout 5 or six boats there when we got there and we didnt get a fish till the sun was starting to light up the top of moreton....a nice little squire to dad......i was gettin really botherd by the really small taps on the plastics, just couldnt hook up....we stuffed around for a while longer as the traffic started to build up steadily....went round the shallows to troll up some tailor and escape the traffic...dad was getting a few choppers and a grinner....i got my first big eye trevally...only little but they do really go.....cut the motor and drifted over the really shallow stuff casting hardbodies and was picking up a flattie nearly every 5 or six casts ant they kept me entertained until we had enough...back at the ramp by 10am....nice day out as you all know now its sunday nite and i just ate the spoils of the trip in a squire and 2 talior with all the other critters left to swim till nxt weekend.....

nic one dad....he doest look like this all the time....well not much anyway it looks like it was blowin 50knots straight at ya dad..lol
