    Nundah Ck Lizards Scarce

Braved the crap conditions and took my mate shaun down to nundah creek. Wind rain and a bad tide were against us but it was better than sitting at home staring at a declining beer fridge all arvy. After a few hours of hard work we only managed 4 flatties. Three on plastics and one on a prawnstar. Very disappointing for this time of year and to rub it in I even managed two catfish at the end of the session. One on a plastic and one on a p star. That made the decision to head home and make up for lost time on that beer fridge much more inviting. Sorry no pics due to the rain. Cheers

Tough luck CV. You're a braver man than many out in this weather???
Even I felt rotten having to run out on a footy field this arvo. At least we won. Might see what's going on tomorrow morning and give my local creek a hit for a lizard or 2.
It all depends on the weather gods tho.
Look on the bright side, at least your efforts weren't totally in vain. Cheers.

A day when you go out and don't get many fish is always better than a day if you didn't go out at all.
There is also nothing wrong with only four flatties in a session either. . . .Well done.
