    Last 2 Days Finally Gone Fishin"

    Well after being only out once in the last month, i managed to do a bit of land based stuff in the arvo of yesterday and today.

    Yesterday went to CB bridge and threw some plastics for about an hour. Very quite with only one tailor being caught.

    This arvo went down the Tweed chasing some Trevors. Was a little slow early with about half a dozen small big-eye trevally caught. Mate caught a very nice flathead which was welcomed for dinner. As it got closer to dark, the GT's came on the bite, however average size was down a bit. Just on sunset HIT. HIT ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ Big long fast run, about 15min later a beautiful GT landed going 58cm and 2.7KG. My best so far, and don't they bloody go. Overall pretty good arvo

    Thats a really nice job on the GT I love they way a big GT makes a reel sing .

    There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.
