Re: Monster Bream and Whighting/ DI- Rainbow repor
here's a pic of our new landrover fishing truck in " fish cleaning action " on location, checkout the size of the seas we had to fish in during the comp great fun hey
the landie performed flawlessly for its first beach comp, and being setup to fish the beach properly helps catch those quality fish
Re: Monster Bream and Whighting/ DI- Rainbow repor
silent, i normally take a vast selection of different baits with me during a comp and determin what the fish are eating if they are deing finecky, but it always come down to the two most prevalnt baits found on the beach.... Beach worms and eugari.
Re: Monster Bream and Whighting/ DI- Rainbow repor
Top stuff Drew,
That whiting is past the elbow slapper stage - I'd call it an armpit slapper!1
Have you ever snorkelled around those rocks? I've seen some big whiting like that hanging around the
rocks down at Greenmount in about two feet of water in the middle of the day!(before they were buried
under the Superbank!)
One other question - what's that white line you're using - is it Platypus?
And what breaking strain is it? (yeah I know, that's two questions!)
Cheers,
Mick.
