    A day at the Pin

I needed to take the boat for a run and Great White and Herm volunteered to come along for the day...more a boating run than a fishing trip. This couple is wonderful company and believe me, when Herm says she is bringing lunch she brings a banquet.
The weather was good...plenty of laughs and lunch was superb. We anchored in Tiger Mullet for a few hours...watched the passing parade and both Great White and Herm wet a line..not for long though.

Great White decides to have a fish using bait and actually had something attack the bait.

Herm's biggest decision of the day was which plastic to use....she could open a mobile tackle store I think.

It was a great day out Greg, thanks for taking us out in your lovely boat. Janine and I loved the good company of Captain Pinhead, guess we both know where you get the name from.

Couple of hi lites of the day meeting Greg and coming aboard TMD

The chat and the cruse to tiger mullet for lunch

The trip back on dead low tide and the boat on the plane at 0.9 of a mtr in a tricky part of the pin channel. (Greg said a bit low water through here with a smile I looked over and saw what I thought was 1.9 on the plotter but as Greg pointed out it was 0.9 and the boat needs .84 on the still).

Janine will want to have her say Greg and I am sure she will put up a photo or two. To my defense I was only casting the her plastic's in for her as she was living the lifestyle which I won't be able to keep her accustomed too.

    Bring on the Bream!!!!!!

Finally got here!!! After a beautiful day at The Pin yesterday - we decided to take our little girls out in the Bay today! This is what it is all about! Not fish worth mentioning - but a wonderful weekend nonetheless!

Thanks to Greg for such a lovely day out on TMD! What a boat!!

I LOVE a boat with a loo! and a bbq and a kitchen, etc, etc.

We had a wonderful day with only a little fishing done but I could really get used to just cruising around in style!

I am glad that you enjoyed the day Greg and I hope that we may be able to get together again soon!

    Cheers
    Janine

    G'day PinHead,
Have you got any other shots of your boat? It looks like a corker!

Strewth Greg!! You'd let anybody on your boat!

Seriously, I know what you mean about them being a lovely couple. Where else could you get your reel spooled with braid for you and then get fed pikelets and coffee?

I think that SP might have been on upside down?
