I got a solid mud crab this year in Jan down the CB, took a 3" pumkinseed gulp, crab went 19cm, had a kind fisherman lend me his net, caught a few sandies too.

Hey Mate, not very common but I've seen a hooter that Flick Flack caught down the tweed on an atomic shad. He was fishing over a weed bed for flathead just near Chinderah when it latched on. We were spun out by it & totaly forgot to take a photo of it, had us laughing about it all arvo.
Thanks for the reminder, I'd totally forgoten about it!
