I am a fisherman,it's not something I merely do,it is who I am! Fishing is not simply my escape,it is where I am supposed to be,it is not a place that I go, But a life long journey I am taking, it is a passage that was shown to me and that I will continue to show to others. Gday all, after yesterdays success on s/ps our target today was tuna, cobiaman, macca and myself put the rig in at Manly and headed for the 4 beacons. The trip over was having us all thinking what the hell are we doing , with conditions pretty ordinary. Any way it didn't take long for our thoughts to be on other things with Macca hooked up on about his third drop, 1hr later we had a 11.5 kg longtail on board, sorry all you s/ps fanatics it was a chrome slug that nailed this baby. Spent the rest of the morning livebaiting and chasing schools of tuna around with no success, the trip home was a total turn around with glassed out conditions.
