    Brisbane River

Hit up the mouth of the Brissy this morning. Targetting bream was the main go, started off slow but eventually found a few fish, ended up with 11 bream, the best going 37cm, a small quire and a small trev, tailor and cod. Not bad for about 2 hours fishing. All fish were released.

We were in a white Quintrex Hornet.

Blue-Mako i do recall seeing a kayak about. Weather was shocking, toughed it out though and got rewarded. Got busted up by some monstors and dropped plenty. 3' gulps were the main choice of softie

I was in a green Cayman Toyboy. It would have had 3 rods sticking out of it on the troll . Weather was a bit rough. I didn't stay out too long at the Wall.

    Re: Brisbane River

Not really. Started off with a small 21cm Bream 15-20mins in. Then 2 or so hrs later got a 49cm Flattie on the Eastern bank of the Creek where it expands an extra 100-150m in width.

Then I went up Boggy Creek and dropped a very good fish. It was really heavy and hard to move. Felt very Flathead like with not moving then a head shake or two the go for a short run. Drifted back down to the boat ramp and bridge. Then paddled back up the Creek for a 25cm Cattie.

That's when I went out to the wall and mouth of the Creek. Didn't get anything and it was blowy so I was heading for home and trolled up another 21cm Bream.

All fish were caught on Halco Laser Pro 45mm except the last Bream which was on a Halco Scorpian 52mm. Lost the Laser Pro which is my favourite Flattie hardbody lure > .
