Well after finishing my honours thesis at uni, it has been along time between drinks and i was itching for a fish. Headed down the tweed for an arvo sesh. They weren't really on with only a few big eyes and one gt caught. One nice big eye that went 53cm and about 1.8 kg. Was still good to stretch the arms and hear the drag scream. Pics to follow

mate i fished that spot last week in the arvos through plastics for two hours for no fish. Fish thursday arvo from 2-4pm. Even fished with bait from the tweed wall at the mouth one morning (monday)on the early high tide using white bait and only managed a few 30cm bream. maybe i should of fished at night.

good fish there,i know that spot, will give it ago next time i get a leave pass(probably not till the kids leave home). fun session,good stuff.

jackextracter - the gt was only about 45cm. Still went as hard as the biggest big eye though.
Was an ok sess. Next on the agenda is trying to get one or two of those red devils. Probably heading down the coast on tuesday.
