We have also picked up good fish near the north cardinal. Also at the regular west areas, though I find that the west can be a bit hit and miss and better suited to plastics. The trick is to get all the little things right. Has taken quite a while to get to know what is needed for a particular area such as wind, tides, moon phases, time of day, preferred bait etc.
