    Broadwater Diamond Trev

Bloody terrible morning with the wind and rain but went for flick anyway. Fished the broadwater on the GC. Caught 5 Mosses Perch 25-32cm on 2'' Gulp shrimps, a lil Diamond Trevally which i had to get excited by twitchin the plastic for about 30seconds in front of his face before i watched him eat my 3'' Berkley power minnow on a 1/4 ounce, they sure do look awesome when they get excited in the water with the fins flaring right up! And 49cm Flatty on 3'' powerbait.

Also got bricked by a bigger Trev throwing around a 20g slug, and Joshy (Gone) also got done by 1 and bent the trebles on another using a 20g slug. Must upgrade trebles..

    Cheers Matty

    Hey Cuzza,

Yeah, usually get smaller mosses then today. Kept the flatty realesed the rest. Just wish the mosses would pull as hard as their cousins. Yeah there are heaps of trevors around that area at the moment, mind you there are plenty around there all year.

    Cheers

You did very well considering the weather has been so ordinary. Love the shot of the trevally. Well done.

Nice fish them. They look even better when they are as small as that one. The fins look even bigger in proportion to its small body.

Damn shame about those decent size fish that you couldn't land.
