We, (mighty Landrover owners), got some bad press though during the week with those idiots in WA (my condolences to the families) who perished in the desert.

I am actually surprised the Latest Nissan Navara hasn't been mentioned.
I've had the chance to drive one & its is very impressive. I believe they have also upped it a bit using the previous patrol engine & beefing the load capacities. If you were thinking hilux you would have an interesting choice to make - I almost think (not having seen the 2005 hilux) that they have raised the top end of that class.
Interesting results.
Obviously Patrols are more popular than I imagined.
