viabration in 89 patrol lwb

help me if you can have bad viabration in front on 89 gq patrol
have changed bearings brakes tyres, still comes in at decreasing
speed, dosen't appear on increasing only when slowing all help

Does it happen when apply the brakes? If so could be the rotors need machining.

Or if the entire vehicle shudders could be the prop shaft is bent or the universals are on the way out.

I recon flathead is on to it,bent prop shaft or uni joints.
