    Getting rid of Sand under the Bonnet

    I have a Toyota Prado and after driving on the beach I have noticed that there was sand all over under the bonnet. They were all sticky ... how do you guys get rid of the sand.

    Just hose it. Keep away from electrics- looms and alternto and the like but just stand there and hose it is all you can do.

    Use a Karcher pressure cleaner , does a great job & degreases at the same time , for your vehicle you'd probably want to have some WD40 handy to spray your electronis & connectors ........... Mal
