    FSA / Oil

I went to the local parts shop and asked about oil filters, I was looking for fleetguard. They said they are good filters but a bit better quality and a bit cheaper are the FSA. To suit my 100 series TD $21.15, a bit better that the $28 for the last Ryco.

Has anyone looked into the FSA filters, are they as good as the Ryco?

Also they recommended to use Valvoline Engine Armor as the oil, would this be high enough in the detergents for a diesel?

Have just bought a Pure one, Oil filter from the states they claim top ranked in SAE tests 98% effiiency compared to 86% and 75% from the other leading brands.

Anyway only had it on a week and was only 12 Bucks from super cheap so am pretty happy with that.

As for the oil just change it often including filter.
