G'day
Nice, I love those 110 defenders. Being an extreme, she's obviously a TD5. Have you done any mods to the truck at all and if so, what and y?
Dave
check out the articulation on ya back axle
hi no mods yet i guess that's why i got it no need for bigger tyres or a lift this way keeps the wife happy. Soon to go is mud tyres some nice ones and a winch as i tow the ducky up the beach.
great shot
Admit it, it broke down in that spot and you are waiting for a tow truck![]()
nah shes still going strong, but gee it was scarry at times with 2 wheels off the ground, my mate was rocking the car, like a see-saw with the wheels off the ground.
the wheel ,im under was a lot higher but she slipped back when i was tring to put the hand brake on. to pose for the pic so the mrs can see no hard core 4wding that weekend![]()
and I thought ifs 'lux's had cr@p droop.......![]()
nil carborundum illegitimi
Thats wot I like to see 4x4s being used for wot they were built for.Too many are just for posers and ya cant beat the landie for toughness and ability( thats if the pilot is capable.)

Was that black duck valley? how is that out there these days?
sorry...crap droop...Land Rovers are mostly un-modded (you will see a very very small percentage that are modded). And in un-modded form like this TD5 they have the best suspension articulation of any of the mid and large 4wd wagons. In standard trim they are amazing. Photos are always deceptive anyway.
