Apparently the new Prado coming out is going to be common rail, (Correct me if I'm wrong there, only going on gossip and inuendo) so better performance and economy to be expected.

Oh yeah, don't forget everyone deserves a Prado, and you can't take that money to the grave with you either!

I have a 2005 V6 model and are currently getting 1L/9.5 K's or the other way 10.5 L/ 100k's

I run from the Gold Coast to Redcliffe every day for that economy.

It goes like a shower of "sh*t" and the ride is fantastic. This is my third hilux and I have also had a 97 petrol land crusier. By far the best.

I got it second hand with 20,000 k's on the clock. Just got a couplertec rusty stopper thing to throw on next week.

Seamus, that new prado will be here next month. So im told , with common rail and all . Would have loved to get it but it will be up around
the 57k mark & i could'nt wait .......
