Brett, I got it, more like stole it!!! #$7700 including stamp duty, transfer fee's etc. I'll post a better pic of it when i pick it up on Wednesday.

I'll give you a yell a couple of weeks before we come down, i'll have to store the boat at a mates place at Currumbin, wont be able to fit it under the motel with the bimini on it.

Never fished offshore from the Goldy, hear there are some great spots offshore, cant wait

Brett, I've attached a better pic of the Pajero. I've fitted the towbar, just have to wire it up & back in the water.

A mate of mine had the same model as that and used it to tow his 6m seafarer. He never said a bad thing about it.

I thought i would post a quick update, as iv'e had it it now for a couple of weeks. Just went through my first tank of fuel, managed to get 480kms around town driving, i was told it would struggle to get 400, so i'm pretty happy with that. I used standard unleaded for the first tank, i've just filled it with premium, i was told this may increase the economy even more. All in all very happy with it, thanks to everyone for there advice!!

g,day i own a 93 paj v6 3 ltr pulling a 4.5 m formosa cconsole , i love the car pleasure to drive but in my opinion its a lil underdone in the towing department will do your 100 kpm no worries on flat smooth roads ,they dont like the hills, always chasing the gears, mind u keep the revs up .when towing i get about 16mpg with a cold air intake, uni filter and a hyclone, all this stuff does make a differance, cold air intake bout $40 made from plumbers pipe filter was about 60 and hyclone from ebay

best i have got was 625km from 1 tank ulp (thats when fuel light came on should get bout 80 more km b4 empty)mostly highway work and good conditions, 480 is good around town mind u , i think our tanks r 80-90lt if u dont have cold air intake suggest u get 1 along with a uni filter they will make a diff
