Decided on abit of a later start and left mooloolaba at 4.30am and headed for the banks. Trip out was pretty resonable with conditions that got better throughout the day. Did some good searching out there and found some good ledges with one ledge having a 10m face. Fishing was never hot but consistant. Ended up nailing 15 snapper with us only taking nine in hope of getting that 10kg one and some good pearlies thrown in. Had a few unstopables in the deep which kept the arms sore.

Conditions look awesome - do you find that much on a banks trip - better out there than the forecast ?

Pete, Chris we were back at the mooloolaba Coast guard ramp at 2pm in the afternoon. maybe you saw someone else with a 620sf? chris decided to stay out alittle longer and fish a ledge we found out on the eastern side of the banks.

Luke, Good looking catch of fish. Looks like there are still some snapper around and they are nice sized pearlies.Conditions look perfect
