Left the ramp at mooloolaba at 1.30 am sat morning headed into a sloppy
sea but was determined to go to our regular spot with great success last
week 2.5 hours later we were there.
Fishing was no where as hot as the previous week,but we still
managed to scratch up a feed,missed all you guys at the ramp hope to
catch you at the comp next weekend.

Sempre, still not a bad catch. Mate how was the current? Did you fish the same spot as last week? I am still hoping to get in that vicinity either next Monday or Tuesday if the weather gods are kind.

Any Weather, the current was good till about 9am then picked and fish shut down. We went a little bit south of where we were last week.

You deserved a few fish for punching into it for that long. The winds were pretty light but the swell seemed to be still standing up a bit. Were were going to head up that way but decided it wasn't worth the pounding.

Found it to be the same when we were heading out , very strange weather. Was'nt a fun trip out in the dark , but it cleaned up by about 7...8am.
