Fraser spotties

Well headed to HB for the annual spotty attack only to be disappointed !! Weather was really blowing got one day of spear fishing in with no great hits so to speak and some bad sunburn !!!

Sunday we decided the wind had swayed to the south so we headed to the ramp and bumped into . Lucky_phill, fullscale, Roz, FishingDan and land-lubber. Loosing lots of lures etc to XOS Lt's.
) nice bling bling.

We also got stuck into what seemed to be juv barred mackrel all about 3 - 4 inches long thats what the spotties were eating .

Yes, Mick, was one of those days.

We got onto some fish and the report will follow here abouts as soon as Roz can do it, as she was the only one on board Rebait, that had a camera.

But by all accounts, it looks as if the Spotties may have been and gone, as they really didn't turn up in numbers, as per previous years. But then again, it is still early in the season.

They were never thick up this way either as is in previous years. Don't hold your breath.
