I was also wondering about lack of reports in last few days.

    Correctly suspecting weather I see.

I gave hutchies a troll for a few hours on monday with no luck. Went over to wide caloundra caught a feed of squire and a couple of pearlies. All in all it was a slow day.

yeah i bailed today aswell... maybe if i ask the uss ronald reagan nicely to park their boat infront of the wind and block it. we can all get all the aus fishers together and have a fish and a beer. yay, and then we can try and piss on it.. lol. i bet some kind of alarm will go off...

Yeh OK, wasnt going to tell, but, you seem a little desperate for some news so I can tell you I got a nice (aprox 45kg) black Marlin today at Black Rock (north of Brunswick). Water on the main stone was chocolate colored so I trolled a dead slimie about a hundred metres east and found a raging blue water current. Five minutes later hooked up. My new vessel 'Windara' hasnt arrived yet (this week I hope) so the old 13ft 'Mongrel' was pulled out of the shed. Trying some new reels at the moment and it worked superb. Fight only lasted 20 minutes, hooks removed and away he swam. Sorry no photos, I didnt want to risk camera equipment in this boat! Home at 9am happy as 'a pig in poo'.
