Yes Phil, we started slow trolling slimies but the fish were so 'ON', we put the anchor down and just cast live slimies at them in a berley trail. When we ran out of livies we started casting Wilsons 400grm slugs and every second cast ended up in a hook-up.
Angla, I wasnt going to mention where but must have been a lot of people watching when we came in again and today the crowd arrived at the spot, about 7 miles north of Brunswick Heads
The fish werent as thick today but did manage to get a great feed for the winner of our boat naming competition, Banshee.
I think Nugget will post a bit of a report tonite about the fishing and how Webby pushed Banshee out of the road to take the strike on a huge Sailfish . Should be an interesting read!!
