A 10+kg snappa is everyones dream to catch and a rarity to come across in these waters... Even foxy is yet to grab one!!!!
You havent got amy pics of it to show to us all....
took a couple of the boys out in "finding sanity"
left bribie boat ramp at 3am to beat the weekend warrior's... arrived at temmpest round 4.30. fishing was really slow until 7 am, saw up to 15 boats off shore round tempest. First few fish weighed in round the 3-5kg mark. As the day progressed, snapper got bigger. Largest fish for the day was a approx 10+ kg monster.
Fianlly christend my sp' gear. a band new daiwa caldia 3000 loaded with 10lb line. Pulled in a pearlie on a white 5" atomic mated to a 1 oz jig head.
Headed home by 10;30 bagged out on snapper. Great day, good company, great feed. Be interesting to see how any of you boys went on saturday
baitable
