Friday at Deep Tempest

Day started off not so good. Sounder not working. Remarkable how well sounders work with all the cables plugged in. Mmmm. Plugged cable in to sounder and off we go.

Great trip from Scarborough to Deep Tempest.
Beautiful calm day, not much current and very little wind. Perfect conditions.

Fished using a floater and ganged hooks with pillies.
Bagged out on good size snapper by 11am. Smallest one was 45cm.

Spent a few hours chasing pearlies but no luck, just caught and released more good size snapper before a nice casual cruise back to the ramp.

Another great day in the wide blue.
