awesome stuff guys, love seeing stuff caught off fraser the variety and quality can't be matched anywhere else. Have you got any more pics, did you get many sharks,What depth did the rosies come from?(need more info on the trip )?

Once again congradulations on the biggest red thats quite an achievement.

Will you guys be fishing the rainbow beach fishing comp?

Thanks for your concerns guys,but regan and sam were well looked after in the rum department. Rubba you are to kind with comments like that,its taken us 4 years of trying and many hours of planning to achieve the result we were looking for.
We fished many different spots off fraser,from the gravel, the gardeners, the shelf and as far down as the maheno.
Fished the shelf on one day and caught pearlies to 4kg and rosies to 7kg, excellent fishing when you can out their.I fished the same area 20 years ago and it still fishes just as good.
The photo of the fish on the back deck are from the shelf.The red was 58 cms that gives a good size indication of the pearlies and rosies.The shelf spot is about 80 metres deep.
Cant say to much about the big reds as you can understand,but they are out their and plenty of them.

What can I say , what great week once again , good company ( ausfish boys , they know who i'm taking about ) , great location , great fishing etc , could go on for ages ; hope to see all you guys up there next year .
