Took the missus for a days fishing yesterday 10/15 knot e/se beautiful day on the water. Left the Bohle mid morning on a run West Point at Magnetic Island and low and behold there were Mack Tuna chopping up everywhere around the boat. Never seen anything like since I have lived in Townsville. We were in the middle of feeding frenzy that would have stretched over 2km long. Pity no matter what I threw at them, they only had eyes for the small bait fish they were chaing. Impressed the missus no end.
Gunning to be prepared next time. Anyone got any ideas or secret weapons on how the entice these guys to bite???

"The underlying spirit of angling is that the skill of the angler is pitted against the instinct and strength of the fish and the latter is entitled to an even chance for it's life."
