Beach is pretty good mate with some good gutters most of the way along and no weed. Has only just cleaned up after a lot of snot weed and should be some fish available.

I am up there a fare bit as I have a house at Rainbow Beach
I was there last weekend
Sliders comments are right for Teewah and at Rainbow Beach.....finally good to see no weed,
The only drama at present is the Leisa Track at Double Island Point
It's very soft on the Teewah side, with deep ruts just before the boards, with a lot of cars getting stuck (not lettinng down the tyres etc)
On the otherside of the track at Rainbow Beach there is very little beach between the boards and the water, at high tide the water is nearly at the Leisa track boards, you will need to watch the tides, Lot of cars also getting bogged on this side holding things up
The Mudlo rocks are fine and are able to be driven around 2 hours either side of high tide

Re: Beach Reports on DI
There is little to no beach available at Rainbow Beach, up the end near Double Island Point to either launch a boat or park the car at high tide.
The majority of people are launching at Carlo Point Marina or Bullock Ppoint and Heading out through the bar
Far more reliable than getting trapped by the tides beach launching at Rainbow Beach
A few guys with smaller boats are launching at Inskip
