Charter Boat Report

Was down at Cleveland Point this arvo chasing up something to do with Lighthouse restaurant renovations.

Could see a charter boat coming back in round Peel heading back to Raby Bay. It was Tom Cat.

Wandered back round to Raby Bay Harbour to see if they caught anything today.

Looked like he had a full crew on board. Everyone walked off the boat with at least one plastic shopping bag of fish, some with 2 bags.

Saw the heads sticking out.... a few small kingies, a couple looked like small aj's, and the rest was a big mixed bag of reefies. Didnt see any big snapper knobbies or pearlies, most likely smaller ones in the bags, nothing huge.

Didnt hear where they had been, but everyone getting off seemed happy with the day and everyone seemed to get a feed at least.

Must have been a little lumpy and blowy, not too bad - as least they got a good feed.

I have been out on Tom Cat on 3 occasions and every trip we have come back with a good feed.Dave and the boys work damn hard to put you onto the fish and make sure your day with them is enjoyable.
