    here's a pic of a couple of the better ones from wed trip off tweed .
    despite the accursed current and northerlies we managed to find them with the motor idling in rev, all in all a nice feed.
    most were a tad smaller.

    Battling damn northerlies and current together > > - any result would have been good . Bonus points for perserverence mate and you have got some top shelf eating there . Hope the current has not kicked in for summer yet cause everyone is hoping for a couple of trips wide before then after the disastrous winter weather . The pearlie looks like a 50's fish ?

    Great examples of pearl and parrot there edmo.

    Tim, I believe it's a venus tuskfish, common name for most species of tuck are parrrot.

    Anyone correct me please?

    Yeah, they are by grants bible defined as a tusky but i think only a few would stand on ceremony and not willingly accept parrot.
    Still, rate em as no1 eating qual, cheers
