    Seano, I was using an 8 ball when anchored to get a reasonable size bait near the bottom, so no it was not too bad. I did have a fair bit of line out though.

    Hi Any_weather, see your using a Furuno 620.

    How have you found it?

    They seem to be getting good reviews and I'm currently going through the process of upgrading from a FCV 600L to the FCV 620.

    Would really appreciate any comments you may have, good or bad and what settings you tend to use.

    Mark, mate I am using the FCV 585 and am finding it to be a very impressive bit of gear. I believe it has the same credentials as the 620 with the only real difference being the bigger screen. I am sure you will be more than happy with the 620 and will find it dollars well spent.
