Final Results – Bait Casting:
1.David Hodge, Super Tank,170pts

Summary:
Gary Fitzgerald threw the plug off during the bait-casting final and was unable to continue.
Steve Morgan threw the plug off during the final and was unable to continue.
Travis Davies was unable to compete in the final due to Boat Show work commitments.
The event was an exceptionally friendly affair with competitors sharing equipment and cheering each other on.
Young Dean Thomson had a shaky start but rallied after the crowd cheered him to several successive bullseyes.
Brett Thomson donated his Spin-casting R/U championship trophy and prize to third placed Dean Thomson.
Springwood Marine, the major sponsor of the casting alley, donated over $600 in gift vouchers.

I agree,
the work and hours that wer out in on the casting range by Nuggett,Fitzy (and trav practicing) we astronomical. and i also as a punter at the show would like to thank the peoplealso i would like to thank SPRINGWOOD MARINE for there support for this event it's the main reason i go to the show ,to watch these fellas peg things at the dog bowls!!
