Narrowneck reef - worth a fish?

Just a quick one,I haven't been offshore yet but have heard narrowneck reef is marked by a bouy off main beach and might hold a bit of a feed. What would I expect to catch at sun up over the weekend? Do I need a reef anchor? Any tips welcome..

    Thanks,
    David.

Tailor more than likley. Have heard a roumour that some YTK have taken up residence there as well. Throw an anchor down & I think you will find yourself in deep trouble

That little arti is holding a good community of Tailor. Don't be surprised that if this summer a few Spotties turn up there for rest on their way to Palm Beach Reef. Don't know about the anchoring there. Could be off limits for the pick. Check with Gold Coast City Council ! trouble is by 1 hour after sun up. the place will be crawlin with would be's. 8)
