Live chat problem

Hey guys
I can't seem to access the live chat area.
I've come into work to use their computer and I'm wondering whether it's a firewall thing or I haven't downloaded the right software.
I can see everyone's here and I guess taking part and I'd like to play too before evyone goes home.
