Hi Guys,

Can anyone help? I'm looking for a wreck supposedly in Moreton Bay called The Neilson. As close as I can figure its just out from the Tanga wrecks

If this is the wreck of a Danish dredger that came to grief in the 60's, then yes, I can help a little.

My brother and some of his mates were anchored not far from the wreck when it happened - he has pictures taken at the rescue operation - and recently compiled a short story on it to give to one of the rescuers - a good mate of his.

I don't personally know the exact location but I think he has a fair idea.
