Curtain Artificial Reef

Hi guys,
At the end of the month i'm going to Cowen on Moreton for a few days with a boat and want to fish the artificial reef there.
If any body could tell me what to expect there and how to fish it, it would be much appreciated.

Been that way a bit and it really is a case of hit and miss. The best time is at night especially at slack tide.

The tide rips through there. Floated livies are the best for the big snapper and cobia. Tuna flesh is best for cod-parrot etc.

PS I remember seeing a piece on the old Brownies about spanner crab fishinging. It was done along the edge of the main shipping channel and the water was pretty deep. Other than that I can't tell you much.
